Great customer service. We bring our Holland Lop bunny here. Dr Michelle has great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information on how to properly care for our bun.

We’ve used Dr Brian Ping at Well Pet Center for almost 30 years. His care and compassion through the lives of our dogs has been excellent. We love him!

We just took our Addie to WellPet Center for a place on her leg. It ended up being a mass that needed to be removed. We had the best experience from start to finish! They were very thorough and communicative throughout the process! Thank you to the whole staff but a huge thank you to Dr. Jennings and Kandis! I would highly recommend them!

This place is AMAZING! I came across this place on an affordable animal care list given to me by another practice, and not only was it affordable- it ended up being the total package! From the start, they really stood out with their welcoming and friendly demeanor over the phone. Heather and other front desk people were able to answer any & all of my questions, and quickly scheduled my appointment! When I came in I was greeted with smiling faces and such a warm atmosphere! I brought my cat Bitty in with recurring pancreatitis symptoms, and had had previous negative experiences with vets in the past being unhelpful, overpriced, and impersonal. At WellPet, they care for not just the animals, but the people too! Melissa was our tech and she was WONDERFUL! She even called the day after to check and see how he was doing. I can't remember the doctor's name but he was amazing as well. They both provided me with information on his illness, steps to take moving forward for prevention, and detailed instructions on his care & medication. And they were nothing but kind & caring while doing so! All in all a VERY different experience from my previous vets. The price was better, the people were better, and even the medication they prescribed was easier! The next morning my cat was back to acting like himself! Thank You WellPet Center !!! Happy to have finally found a permanent place for Mr. Bitty!
