We been taking our dog there for the past 2 years. First time it was for yearly vaccines and he tore a ligament running in his back leg, he was an older dog. The doctor did some X-rays and blood work, and she also found out that he had kidney disease and prescribed special nutrition. This past Friday we took him one last time and she took blood work and saw pictures of his vomit the night before and found out that our dog had kidney failure and was not able to live for much longer and suggested that it was time. Thank you so much for being so caring and compassionate towards us, while we were bawling our eyes out with the news. Thank you so much for the staff that was able to give him IV fluids and a B12 shot just long enough for my sister to fly in from Seattle to see him one last time and be there for him in his last minutes on this earth. Unfortunately our family member passed away the next day but thanks to your efforts, it was just long enough for all of us to be there for him in his last moments. I will be forever grateful.

I was told over the phone that I can come pick up flea meds for my dog. Only to get there and be told he had to be present, AND that doctor wouldn’t be available until 11:30 when they open at 9. Who has time for dumb stuff?? Educate your workers, make sure your hours reflect accurately and respond to reviews.

No wait time, friendly staff, they explain every step of the process with details, they treated our pet with care and love. We were very satisfied with the service provided
