Great pet care. New to the area and wanting a Vet to establish a care plan with we found great reviews for the Mason Road Veterinary Clinic - our experience was absolutely outstanding. The Vet, techs and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly knowledgeable about Bearded Dragon. They take care to learn about the pets home life and more. They can see just about any animal. We had a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone in the area. Definitely our new go to Vet.

We've had vaccinations for our dogs here. Everyone working there is amazing and compassionate. In the past 2 weeks, our 2 elderly dogs passed away and the staff has been so kind and sensitive.

The service was horrible. I scheduled an appointment for my dog to receive his shots. The start of the visit was routine, they weighed him and took me to the room to wait for the tech. The tech enters the room and proceeds to ask me if my dog is having any issues. I explained what issues he was having. She does not say anything to me and walks out. A couple of minutes later the receptionist walks in to inform me that my dog cannot be seen because this particular vet ONLY does vaccines. To begin, I was never informed that the vet on duty only does vaccines, I was not planning on having him seen for anything other then the vaccines (because I was in a rush and planned on making a more thorough visit at a later date) so, naturally I said well can she just administer the vaccine without tending to the other issues? The receptionist said she asked her twice and the vet said no. I am baffled as to why. If the vaccine could cause an issue with any of the aliments I described, an explanation of that would have been appreciated. I never once saw the vet, she was dismissive and couldn't care less of the fact that I took the morning off of work and she had just inconvenienced a paying customer. I will NEVER recommend this clinic to any of my friends that have pets and I will never be returning to this place. They do not care about providing customer service and lack in communication skills.

I can't say enough about the team at Mason Road Veterinary Clinic. We came to them a few years back with an emergency. They took us back immediately, and gave us fair pricing on the services we needed. We have been clients ever since. Most recently our Sweet Old Man, Charlie, passed away. Mason Road Vet was there to help us in any way they could. The amount of empathy and care they gave our family in our time of grief has been most comforting. Hands down I would recommend this office to anyone in the Katy and surrounding areas.

I come here with 3 cats for the vet, Dr. Hokanson. She's amazing, gentle loving and so thorough. She's a great vet and a super lovely person. The staff matches perfectly, they're all so competent and friendly.
