Communication Preferences
Ask how the clinic communicates with pet parents, including updates, test results, and follow up questions.
Breed Specific Health Considerations
Some breeds may be more prone to certain health conditions. Early awareness can help with prevention and early treatment.

Vet care was good but I signed up for their $15/mo for free visits out of desperation to get a dog I took in off the street cared for. Went to cancel it several months later after not using it anymore and realized it's a 1 year contract. Very snakey to lock people in like that in my opinion. The $15 I've spent every month and will have to continue to spend into next year has far outweighed any "savings". My fault for not reading the fine print, but wanted to give people a heads up. Also it's per animal, not per household, so unless you have a pet that you're bringing in once a month, don't do it

Although the team on-site was sweet to us; however, they seemed very incompetent when it came to diagnosis. We went to another vet with the same concerns and they contradicted warnings given by the vet at Thrive. They also were VERY snarky and disrespectful in their report after we had to continually check in for an update on what was going on. Will NEVER go to them again. Although the pricing has been more than other places we’ve been and the customer service is greatly lacking.

We had a coupon for first exam free. We booked an appointment and was told that there was a 10 minute grace period. We arrived about 6 mins late and was then told that we'd have to wait for someone to cancel then we could see the vet. We were also told that it could be three or four hours. We were then told that our bill could be expected to be around $670.00. We left and went somewhere else. Classic bait and switch tactics and I will never do business with anyone who attempts to steal money from me. Hopefully this review will help someone to make a informed decision before going to these types of shady businesses.

I took my dog to get her vaccinations. Making an appointment and communicating with the staff was great! The very disappointing part of the experience was that I never saw the vet and the staff took my dog to the back to "see the vet". If I had known that this was the way it was going to be, I would have gone elsewhere.
