I love banfield pet hospital. I love all the people there there like family I've been going there for many years with my boys fred and barney thanks for all you do . I miss my boy fred they had to put him down

Banfield has the best vet in Dr. Moore & the best technicians ever. They have helped us through wonderful, difficult and sad times over the years. I love Banfield hurst. I hope the current staff never changes.

Again, not my normal Banfield location but like PetSmart itself, they were 100% better. The staff was great and friendly from the start. We will most likely be making the extra drive to see them for all other appointments.

We brought our dog in for a small rash and found out he has heartworms (nothing to do with the rash- they offered the test and we did it). This is where the nightmare began, they were more concerned about selling us a wellness plan, then explaining our treatment options thoroughly and correctly. We ended up purchasing the plan mid visit and they went ahead and did some services that day. When we were leaving and we’re told he can’t use some of the services since he has heart worms we tried to cancel it, but then we would’ve had to pay for the services used. We were in complete shock about the heart worm diagnoses and left completely confused and ripped off. We ended up finding another vet to care for our baby, but had to pay the $80/mo for the wellness plan for a year. When we went to cancel, we could not reach Banfield over the phone so went to the office to try to cancel it. Tamara A SHIFT LEAD was extremely rude and even argued with me. I left in total shock. Compassion is such an important part of vet care and Banfield lacks this unless they are selling you a wellness plan.
