Their negligence essentially killed my best friend. Our dog started acting weird in the early morning. Our original vet could not see them til late afternoon, so we decided to take him here. The vet did not do an extensive exam, and just told us his labored breathing and shaking was due to his 106 fever. He gave him a shot, told us to go home and that he would be better by morning. No blood work or X-rays performed. He was not better by the afternoon, so we called back up to the Vet and they said his symptoms were still normal. So we trusted this professional and his words. By 7pm he still wasn't better. So we took him to a different Vet ER. Turns out he did not have just a fever. He had aspirated and this had turned into sepsis. He died at 3am. This new ER vet and our original vet both said that if a dog presents with a 106 fever, you take him to the ER immediately. And if we would have caught this sooner, we may have been able to save my best friend. We put our trust in the care of the professionals at this clinic and they failed both my family and my best friend. I would advise finding a different clinic to bring your pets to.

We’ve been bringing all of our pets, and we currently have7, to them for years. We’ve seen all of the vets there and every one of them is wonderful. We ABSOLUTELY trust them and I know my animals are getting great care. The only way we would leave them is if we ever move out of state !
