Dr. Gallegos, the techs, Blanca and Robert at the front desk were all amazing. They all treated us and my dog with great care, and a calmness that helped with a scary situation. Dr. Gallegos was extremely thorough to make sure my dog didn’t have any issues we couldn’t see and made sure to keep my dog comfortable and taken care of. They went over everything to make sure we understood and got him back there so quickly to triage him. Myself and Sancho are so grateful for this team 🤍

I took my pup in last minute earlier after he got ahold of my pills. The staff were amazing. My dog was brought back immediately and while I was waiting, they explained every step of the process which helped ease my anxiety. I've had pretty horrible experiences at emergency vet clinics before. This was the best vet experience I've had. Very quick and thorough care. Thank you to everyone at El Paso Animal Urgent Care for helping my boy. I feel much better now knowing he is taken care of rather than guessing.

Dr. Ellis and team of amazing techs saved our dog, Milton’s, life after a bad rattle snake bite. We will be forever grateful. Dr. Ellis was 10/10 above and beyond in a high pressure situation. We are also happy to pay the fair fee for the lifesaving treatment. A week after the bite Milton is back to his normal happy self. Thanks again to this amazing staff

Dr. Gallegos and her team are amazing. They were so kind and gentle with my Thor. He has cancer and the meds she prescribed have made a world of difference. I am so happy to see him back to being his old self. Highly recommend Animal Urgent Care!

My baby boy, Fergus Mor, wasn't feeling his normal self. Dr Mason, Angie, and staff were fantastic with him. Everything was explained in detail. I felt my stress levels lessen the moment I was greeted. Fergus & I give 100% approval!!!
