My two giant breed dogs have the Banfield wellness plan. We were there to get their regular checkups and boosters and then my Great Dane twisted her back and needed an examination a couple of days later. The staff was very friendly, the vet tech and doctor were very kind with my dog who gets very anxious and generous with their time. I highly recommend the wellness plan, it's a very good investment.

My pupper, Odin, was well taken care of today for his neutering. We have him on the puppy wellness plan and we absolutely love it. Everytime we go for his vaccines, the visits are quick and the staff/vets are great. They are so patient with my active guy. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby.

My pup’s dental cleaning, comprehensive exam, and vaccinations seemed to go well. I also had his anal glands expressed. However, I was concerned when I picked him up and found feces encrusted on his tail area, back legs, and around his rear. Although the staff was apologetic and promptly cleaned him up, this oversight made me anxious about leaving him for future appointments. It raises concerns about whether other issues might have occurred during his drop-off. Overall, it was quite unsettling and did not leave a good impression.

I think I have met with lots of compassion when I have had to cross my babies over the rainbow bridge. It is the saddest days of my life and my babies but I believe we will be healed in another place and time and joyous again as we meet again.
