After my dog’s primary vet failed to identify a large mass on her spleen, the staff here immediately took care of my baby. They were patient and kind and walked me through everything that was needed for Jeyna. It was a difficult time for our family and they took the time to listen to our concerns and gave her excellent care. I can not extend my gratitude enough for the help of the staff for helping us bring our baby back home!

My pups got in a fight and my girl needed her ear sewn back together. Everyone at El Paso Animal Emergency Center was sympathetic, kind and professional while also being friendly. I had the opportunity to interact with multiple shifts of staff and everyone was wonderful. I was very surprised by the cost of her treatment. Considering that this was emergency care, I found it very reasonable, especially since the quality of the care was so exceptional.

Great great care! I was very pleased with the staff and Drs!!!! My little baby puppy was so very ill, and within 24hr he was back to his normal happy self! From the receptionist to the Dr, everyone was so caring and attentive. Highly recommended when an emergency occurs!!!! Below, my baby when we arrived, and after their care!! Huge difference

My husband and I have been here now on two different occasions. The first was unfortunately to put down our old cat which was met with a lot of understanding and empathy from the staff in one of our saddest moments. The second was after another clinic kept neglecting the care of our kitten, Luna, who was declining in health. El Paso Animal Emergency Center cared for her over 48 hours and were able to diagnose her with Gastroenteritis. Luna has since been flourishing and we are so thankful for them 💗

I went to the airway location, and although there was a mix up in whether she was ready to get picked up after her 12 hr stay, the staff did amazing in keeping me updated. They explained to me what her lab values meant and how they adjusted them. Dr Kari Clement (Night shift doc) was very understanding and very transparent. The vet assistant (I’m not sure of her name) but she was very transparent and broke down the bill for me to understand. She also offered suggestions of PCPs and Insurance companies for my dog. The day shift doc (Dr Tiffany Flores) also cleared up the mix up for me and made sure that my baby was stable to take home. I appreciate the entire team at EPAEC on airway. Thank you so much for helping my baby, whom means the world to me. You guys are so awesome and you’re MUCH HIGHLY appreciated. 💓
