I have been taking my pets to Wise County Animal Clinic for more than 20 years. The vets and their staff are dedicated, experienced, and up-to-date on the latest techniques in animal care. More important, they love animals! It is evident when you see them in action. They will stay late if you have an emergency and call you later to check on your pet. No other vet clinic does this anymore. I have now moved to Haslet, but will drive to Decatur to their practice because my animals deserve the best! Thank you!

I called and no one answered. I left a message as instructed to by the recording after they did not answer. I had a mild emergency with my dog. I asked them to call back for an appointment and advise me on how to help my dog until I was able to get in to see a Vet. I never heard from them at all. It seems that they don't listen to the messages left after they state to do so. With a statement that they will return your call as soon they can. Which means never because I have not heard anything yet. It has been over a week.

Our Rosie was pretty sick. Calling me back and addressing my concerns helped so much. They took great care of her and getting her back to her old self. Immensely appreciative of your care, concern and professionalism.

Dr Lipsey is the sweetest doctor I have ever met and makes me feel so special. She is always thorough with checking out our fur babies and loves them all like they’re her own! I have never felt rushed here and always feel valued. The entire team at Wise County Animal Clinic is great! Cant recommend enough. Thank you all.
