We had to put our sweet 15 yr old boy down. One of the absolute toughest days ever! This clinic and the staff was so amazing, making us all as comfortable as possible in such a emotional situation. I can not recommend this clinic enough! From the comfort of the staff and the comfort room, I felt so incredibly blessed to have the support we needed in this difficult time. Thank you all so much for everything in out difficult time and thank you for the sweet card that you all took the time to write. I really appreciated everything you did for us!

It has taken me so long to write a review due to the huge void my dog left in my heart and mind. I brought my pup to urgent vet 7 months ago as an emergency patient after I got home from work one afternoon she was just not her normal self. We rushed as this is one of the closest vets to us and they took us in immediately. My dog passed a few minutes after we walked in through the door. I believe in my heart that the doctor tried to do everything in her power to save her and make her as comfortable as she could. My dog passed from congenital heart failure. The doctor said often signs are missed or dogs aren’t tested for heart issues. If I would have known, I would have done everything in my power to ensure that her heart was being often tested. I’d have done everything in my power to save her. I would like to thank the lady doctor and the gentleman dr or technician who were in the room with us. You guys felt like a warm presence in there as I watched my dog take her last breath in the arms of the person who loved her the most. I felt your genuine concern and care. I thank you guys for letting me spend as much time as I needed with her afterwards, even if it was hours. She meant so much to me for 10 years that saying goodbye wasn’t fast or easy. They allowed me to call my sister and my dogs dad for them to come say bye to Jules. I had her cremated there and they were very kind and informative about the whole process. I may have just been another patient but to me they were the last people who got the joy to meet and care for Jules in her last moments. They mailed us a greeting card to express their condolences and honor Jules. I thank you so much and I will forever recommend you guys for any emergency. I can’t remember the doctors or the gentleman’s name as I was so worried about my pup in that moment but I want you all to know that you are highly appreciated and you were meant for the jobs that you are in! Came here yesterday and brought my kitty. The vets were extremely friendly and very helpful!! Turns out what my kitty had was something a lot more serious so they referred me to other clinics. The best part was how they went above and beyond calling multiple clinics at once to see if these clinics had any affordable plans because of my budget. Most places do not do this! I really appreciated this and my kitty is now recovering and healing thanks to their help and quick actions.

I brought my late Sasha into this location on Saturday for what I thought was a sprain. They made my kitty feel at ease with nature sounds and low lighting. They were able to run some tests on her and found out that she had bone cancer. The vet and tech were so kind and empathetic to the situation and treated my cat with such care and compassion. I was sent home with pain meds and some special foods. I am sad that as of Wednesday, Sasha had to be put down, but I am glad that there are kind and compassionate people at Urgent Vet to help our fur babies at all life stages. Thanks for the compassion and for helping Sasha in her last days.

Great place! Took my dane in for some skin issues, and I was taken right to the back. It was quick and easy, and the staff were all very nice! Schelbi was a great help, and even gave my dog this super cute award. All in all would recommend!
