Upon arrival I was greeted by a welcoming smiling face behind the front desk. It was quite nice. Quickly I was shown to a clean examination room followed by a very happy Vet Assistant. He checked my kitty Dinah vitals etc, and took info for our visit. He took his time to communicate back to us what we told him. Very thorough. Shortly after the Dr. came to examine Dinah. She had gentle hands & great bedside manner during the examination. We discussed the issues, causes and treatment in detail and she made sure we understood or if we had any other questions. Very Assistant quickly came back with an itemized quote for the problem at hand including additional services we had asked about, teeth cleaning etc. I did not feel any pressure from staff to proceed with everything in the quote. Which was nice for a change. We finalized the quote. Went to front desk paid the same welcoming still smiling front desk associate. I'd say A & B Animal Clinic checked all my boxes to give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating!

The office is clean and modern. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Communication was clear and fast. The Dr. we saw and the technician were kind and knowledgeable. The prices seemed reasonable but I really haven't shopped around much. Overall a very nice experience. I am happy to return!

Indie loves Dr. Laura Wiles. I have three dogs and three cats. They won’t go anywhere else, but to see Dr. Wiles.

Took my cat last week, he was in a lot of pain. The staff is extremely friendly and showed genuine concern for my cat's well-being. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is exceptional.
