Visited this clinic today for first time. Took my little 16 year old Havanese in for mostly advice on how to improve his quality of life. I have been taking him to City Vet for the last several years and just got tired of always seeing a different Vet and felling like Murphy was just a $ sign. This was a completely different experience. From reception to Dr Smith, as well as vet tech, I felt like they “saw” my dog and addressed his issues per his individual needs. Been taking him to CityVet and they never recommended any medication to help him w discomfort. Immediately, Dr Smith recommended a prescription and an injection to help him feel better and discussed additional alternatives if needed. I can already see that our little old man feels better. Thank you, Dr Smith!

The Veterinarian and his staff are fantastic. Our previous vet retired and I'm so glad to have found the Abrams Royal Animal clinic. They took great care of my dog when he had an ear infection and made us both feel at ease about the service and care we would receive here. Would recommend without hesitation to family and friends.

This is a wonderful place to carry your pet. It feels so much like home because the people here are so nice and they are also so caring about your pet. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of five.

I give props to the lady named Elena or Elna she was being yelled at by a woman that apparently owes money because her card only went through for a certain amount. The manager Christina was super nice until she started to yell at her and she held her grace and talked to her respectfully. That woman was insane yelling while people were trying to see the doctor and checking out. So I give props to the staff for holding their composure! Awesome work!

I had a Horrible Experience here. I’ve been bringing my dog here for 4yrs. Well in February I believe something happened with my card to where the payment bounced back unfortunately. I brought my dog a couple a days ago to get a shot. I was then notified about the payment that didn’t go through. A Lady by the name of ELIZABETH came from the back and accused me of walking out on services which I have never done in my life. She began to blow me off after I was trying to explain to her I’m not sure what happened . She started to be rude and told the front staff to “just give her the paperwork so she could leave “ I really didn’t appreciate her at all . I’m also a healthcare professional just like they are and I would NEVER walk out without paying.
