Dr Elizabeth Van Iterson went over in above to make sure my Yorkie CHARLIE was well taken care of and thoroughly checked. As he was nervous, she was very kind and concerned took extra care of him. Great follow and a thorough description of what needed to be done what was done and what the results were

I came to Preston Royal at a critical time in my baby Brownie's life. I keep thinking if I had brought him here sooner maybe we could've caught the cancer sooner and he would've had a better chance. We were in and out of this office enough times in the last 3-4 months that he got to meet several of the vets there. I'm grateful for all of the vets and techs for doing what they could to help him and make him feel loved and comfortable as possible until the very end. We gave it a good fight for about four months with chemo and the treatments helped at the start and bought me extra time with my sweet boy. The vets helped me focus on his quality of life and I was able to put him to rest while he was still mostly himself, and I was able to send him out the way he deserved and stayed by his side until the very end.

The Vets at Preston Royal Animal Clinic are second to none! Very thorough, loving and patient with their clients and families! They answer all questions, never rush you and give love to those special members of your family. I cannot say enough positive things about them— excellent care!!

Dr. Thomas and her entire staff are incredibly kind, caring people. They are always quick to respond to any questions and are most helpful in every way. So grateful to have found them for my senior pup.

I just moved to the area, so this was my first time to this office. Everyone was really nice, and the vet and tech tended to my dog's needs with thoughtful consideration. They really helped me make the right decision because my baby girl is feeling so much better. I am so pleased.
