We could not have had a more pleasant experience today with Dr. Soltys and Elizabeth! From the moment you walk in, you notice how clean the facility is and are welcomed with genuine hospitality. They took their time with Peyton, fed her treats, and showered her with love. I also love that you can walk back and stay with your fur baby while they’re in the treatment room! And the interior design… absolutely beautiful 😍 If we weren’t moving, we would have signed up for the PetFolk Care plan immediately. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Dr. Emily and her team are so awesome! They were able to see foster boy Watson, a few days after he was picked up from the shelter with two back legs, fractured. Dr. Emily was able to confirm a second fracture. Shortly after this visit, we discovered that Watson had pneumonia. The emergency line at Petfolk was able to communicate with me often to answer questions that I had regarding his care. Petfolk has been a blessing to us on our journey and as soon as we get Watson healed from pneumonia, he will have an amputation! Thank you Petfolk

Love the team at Petfolk. They take great care of my pet and always give him so much love and attention when he’s there. I also have the membership and really appreciate the 24/7 medical chat. It’s so helpful for a worrier pet parent like me. :)

I’m so glad I found this place! I was very worried about some symptoms that my dog was experiencing and wanted to get her looked at as soon as possible. I made the appointment and was concerned most of the day now knowing what was wrong. As soon as I got there my dog Sarah and I felt very welcomed. They looked at her and were very aware of how she was reacting and worked to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They looked at her and gave me so much information. A little further testing put my mind at ease and I finally felt relief that Sarah was going to be okay. I really got the impression that this is a place that really cares about animals. I hardly ever write reviews but I would recommend Petfolk to any and everyone that loves their pet.

Even though I showed up with only cash and could have been very embarrassed the woman working stayed with me and was patient and supportive to both me and my new dog. The vegetarian we got to see was in my opinion clearly in the top of her field. For the price of the exam, the detailed advice, follow up appointments scheduled and overall experience were invaluable.
