Love this place so much. They are attentive to your pets needs and are flexible with your approach to care. All their employees genuinely care about your pets. Dr. Auerbach is exceptional, making sure my girl Frances is at her best. Cassie, one of their techs, is so sweet to us… I see her every time and she so wonderful in assisting us. The entire staff here is amazing, you cannot go wrong with who you see here. They are all quick to get you seen and provide the highest level of care to you and your pup. This is one of the best clinics I have ever been to! You are greeted with the upmost compassion and they are truly there to listen and help with any and all concerns. Everyone on the staff was friendly and inviting, as well as took every measure to make sure my kitty was comfortable. The prices are also very affordable and they are transparent about everything, they also take their time with you to cover everything! Please consider taking your animal here, they will give them the highest level of care! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!!

We had a truly exceptional experience with Dr. Auerbach and her team during our recent visit. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this clinic prioritizes not just excellent medical care, but also the emotional well-being of the animals they treat. Dr. Auerbach was timely, professional, and incredibly friendly. This was our cat’s very first vet visit, and thanks to the Fear Free techniques they use, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. She took the time to approach our cat gently and calmly, creating a stress-free environment that made her feel safe and at ease in what could have been a scary situation. The technician assisting her was equally kind and thoughtful, which made a big difference. I’ve also brought my dog in previously for a medical issue, and once again, the staff went above and beyond—not only to get us seen quickly but also to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. They were attentive, responsive, and compassionate every step of the way. The clinic’s use of Fear Free practices—like calm handling, treats, and a soothing atmosphere—really sets them apart. It’s obvious they care deeply about both the physical and emotional health of the animals they treat. I highly recommend Dr. Auerbach and the entire team at this clinic for any veterinary needs. Their combination of top-notch care, empathy, and dedication is something every pet owner hopes to find.
