I had a very disappointing experience at this vet office due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Olivia. She was extremely rude to both me and the friends who accompanied me, which made an already stressful visit even worse. Customer service and compassion are essential in this field, and unfortunately, those were completely lacking during this interaction. I am honestly surprised this behavior is tolerated at a veterinary office. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to return or recommend this clinic. She lacks the basic customer service skills. They are polite and professional and usually can do anything you need. Like a one stop shop! However, I hate that they never have appointments available soon. They also close early on certain weekdays. Lastly, pawrents don't get to go inside with their fur babies like with other vets, which is up to you if it matters or not. Overall, they are a great vet option!

LOVE this place and the people who work there! They were amazing with my sweet kitty who needed her heir cut due to being a hefty girl who could not groom her back. She looked so cute with a lion haircut. She is so happy now that she has been loving all over us since the haircut. Also I was beyond shocked at how affordable this Vet clinic was. Thank you guys “fur” everything! You have a life-long customer now.

I’ve used Dr. Norris for over 16yrs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. They’re always so nice and caring for my baby. Medina (Vet Tech) always goes above and beyond for your babies. The front staff is always so welcoming. This past Friday I had to put my baby to sleep and they made me feel so comfortable and reassured me I was making the right decision. I Highly Recommend them!
