Words cannot convey the gratitude we have for Arista Advanced Pet Care for their caring treatment of Waldo, our beagle basset dog. Our beloved Waldo was found to have a large abdominal mass attached to his spleen. After our consultation with Dr Cook, we opted for surgery for Waldo to have the mass removed that day. We found Dr Cook to be very caring, up front and honest about Waldo and in the end felt fortunate to have been led to Arista Pet Care. We did our own emergency vetting and like the previous review, had no idea what to expect with Waldo's alarming and completely unexpected diagnosis. Dr Mix was called in to perform an emergency operation to remove the unbelievably large mass that same day. So far, Waldo is recovering nicely. Every day we see our Waldo, so chill (meds help but Waldo is naturally chill) and getting back to his old self. Waldo is not out of the woods so to speak as we still await his pathology results. I am so thankful for the caring nature of all we have encountered including Anfernee and the staff who took care of Waldo overnight. Thank you to all who has played a role and will play a role in Waldo's care. He and we are blessed to have been led to you!

Brett and the team were fantastic. I brought my Frenchie in he was very lethargic and sick and everyone was so quick, professional, and kind. Most importantly the pet care and thoroughness is second to none. It’s a blessing to have such a clean nice and helpful 24/7 emergency vet in the area!

Friday night we brought in our shepherd, Kaya. Dr. Noland and her care team walked us through every treatment option. We ultimately decided to bring our girl home and give her one more good day and had her scheduled for at home euthanasia. However due to rapid liver failure, she became disoriented and was declining too fast. We took her back to Arista on Saturday night and Dr. Noland and her team were there every step of the way. They gave her chicken strips from their dinner and made her a snack plate of things they had. Mixed nuts, some girl scout cookies, and a big piece of chocolate cake. The amazing techs even helped us get a perfect nose print and shaved some of her fur for us as that wasn’t something offered by the funeral home. I can’t thank the amazing staff enough. They showed so much kindness, love, and care for our Kaya and we are forever grateful. Thank you so much for making a terrible situation a little better ❤️

Our baby was choking on a bone, and we were terrified !! we truly thought she would not make it. We rushed to the emergency room, and Katie was already there outside waiting for our baby without any hesitation. She was incredibly sweet, calm, and reassuring, and she gave us the correct information we needed moving forward. The team made sure Glo was healthy and that there were no underlying issues. Our experience was a 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our baby Glo left feeling as healthy as possible. We truly appreciate everything you all did for us thank you guys so much again for your care & concern with our baby Glo Star!!

So until you have a need to use a service like Arista Advanced Pet Care Hospital, on Inwood road in Dallas, you won't have any clue on who to choose and what your experience is going to be. If you are a dog lover and have a pet that you love, you don't realize until something goes terribly wrong with their health, what to do, where to go and how to handle it. Arista Pet Care Animal Hospital saved my dog's life!!! They were kind, loving, professional, helpful comforting, and anything that you could possibly need out of an animal hospital not to mention saving my dog's life 🐕. I will be forever grateful to all of the people that helped out Dr Shuffle, Dr Hogberg and especially Brianna! They treated my dog as if he was their own and they loved him. Now we're back home. I highly recommend them if you ever have any emergencies with your pet they are the place to go. I'm so happy and blessed by them. Thank you Arista!
