We walked into BLVD Animal Hospital today preparing for one of the hardest decisions a pet owner can make—we truly believed we might have to put our dog Willie down. It was an emotional visit, but the experience we had with the vet was extraordinary. She was incredibly personable and had a wonderful bedside manner. She took the time to walk us through every option, clearly and compassionately, without rushing us or pushing us in any direction. Instead of delivering bad news, she gave us a thoughtful plan to monitor Willie over the next week. We left feeling relieved, confident that he’s not in pain, and even hopeful that he might improve.
