As a new kitten owner, I made the choice to check out Modern Animal and their ALL ACCESS membership, and I am SO glad I did! I have a 4-mo old kitten and have had to come in for vaccines, and a well-check in the last month 2x. Both visits have been amazing. Both vets (Dr. Erika and Dr. Cristina) were so kind and very informative during my visits. The techs were also helpful with demonstrating how to trim her nails and also with any questions I had. Margot loves visiting Modern Animal, they treat her like a VIP, with a treat bag and snacks during her visit. During her vaccine apt she fell asleep and barely moved while she received her shots. I would absolutely recommend the all-access membership, for anyone who has a new cat or dog, especially if you will be needing to visit several times in the first year for shots, ect. The added bonus of having messaging available has helped me during a time where my kitten accidentally ingested something, and the txt support was so quick and helped to ease my worry with what I should do! I brought my puppy Chanel in sick from parvo and Modern Animal took such great care of my puppy. They made sure we knew all the information we needed and after her visit they sent my puppy home with a cute toy that she loves and instructions for the following up steps. My dog is doing way better now and I can’t thank them enough. Great customer service.💕(photo with the toy they sent her home with fully recovered from parvo)

Switched my dogs to Modern Animal last month and have been blown away by the care we have received. We had a great first visit to this new location. It's clean and welcoming design. They had little mats for the floor and the examine table which our little dogs enjoyed. Dr. Davies was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The vet techs were kind and took their time. The technology of the Modern Animal app is helpful to review estimates together and it's instant information. Overall a good experience. There is a nice side yard but our small dogs wouldn't be able to use it without being on a leash as there are too many places for small dogs to escape, but it's a nicer amenitiy for larger dogs.

I don’t even know where to begin. The staff was extremely friendly. Their app is easy to use. The price seemed fair for the quality of service. Staff was very kind and understanding. There was no wait time and ample available appointments on the app. By far my best vet experience. Dr. Brooke Tashjian was absolutely amazing.
