I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary team. Bane is my ESA companion of 12 years, and over the last year he went from about 60 lbs down to 44 and eventually lost the ability to walk. It was heartbreaking to watch. After his very first dose of treatment, he was eating more and walking without shaking. Seeing him move without pain for the first time in three months was genuinely one of the best moments of my year. Beyond the incredible medical care, they went out of their way to make his treatment financially feasible, which meant everything to me. Their compassion, honesty, and willingness to help us through such a hard chapter is something I’ll never forget. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a vet who truly cares.

We saw Dr. Stacy for the first time today and she was absolutely wonderful! She went through every concern I had in detail and was so patient with my fur baby, who does not enjoy vet visits. Jamie was our nurse and was also so sweet, helpful, and patient with my baby. I’ll definitely be requesting Dr. Stacy again and highly recommend! (:

Dr.Brooke & Dr.Erika are absolutely wonderful! I don’t know how I went to any other veterinary office before Modern Animal. Every interaction I’ve had has been wonderful, and they treat my dogs like their own. Not only do my girls get excited when we walk up to the door, but I know I’m going to have a thorough appointment with transparent (and VERY fair) pricing. The office is clean, the staff is incredible, and the app makes the entire experience as simple and effective as possible. I tell everyone I know about Modern Animal and cannot say enough good things!

I had low expectations for this place as I thought it was another chain owned by private equity; and I couldn't have been more wrong. The Vets and Vet Techs here are the most caring, helpful, and welcoming Vet staff I've ever worked with. Each time we come in, we've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes and I feel like it's usually instant into the care room. I recommend them to everybody.

Warning! Parking is challenging! You have to park in a lot and then walk about 2 blocks through the shopping complex: and Modern Animal doesn’t give you any parking instructions!!! First of all: The people who work the front desk and the vet techs I interacted with were all super kind, communicative and caring. The Vet… and the App itself, not so much. This place is only good for people who really enjoy using apps. There’s very little person-to-person communication; everything happens though the app leading to many miscommunications and lack of personal relationship building. There’s no way to call the front desk and ask a question or let them know you’re running late before an appt, because you get sent to a “call center.” I got sucked in by a promotion and found the whole experience really confusing and frustrating. The Vet who saw my sweet kitty was condescending, unfriendly, and judgey in a guilt-trippy classist way. She even fat shamed my 2lb kitten! Instead of saying, “I observe a distended abdomen, which could be an indication of intestinal parasites.” She said my skinny stray was “Rotund.” I’ve since established a wonderful relationship with a much more direct, kind, informative vet with the friendliest of reception staff who are available by phone.
