This place is great. As hard as it is to leave your fur baby in the hands of a “stranger” they truly make it as painless as possible. You can tell they truly care about what they do and take it very seriously! They are usually booked out in advance but definitely worth the wait! If you have a new puppy or kitten get that package asap! Totally worth it. Was not a fan of the cone.. definitely not for puppies but thats ok!

In August, I called to booked a spay appointment for my kitty, with November being the earliest availability. The day of the appt we arrived at 8:15, I found lines outside and inside, took about 1 hr to drop off my pet. The staff remained professional and courteous. The price was exceptionally affordable, enabling spaying, vaccination, 2 custom tags and a donation for $87. If you are in a budget this is the place for your pet needs!

Edited as a response: We waited for an hour and a half inside our “convenient” car and received all the text notifications after checking in online—this system simply doesn’t work. If not allowed to make appointments, simply advise people of the long waiting times (specially new clients) or ask people to check in and bring their pets when time is approaching. It’s simply not respectful to our cats. Do not come to this place if you are not willing to wait at least 2 hours for just vaccinations. I thought I was going to be in and out like at Penny Paws for just getting my cat vaccinated. I lost a day of work and had to leave without being served after waiting for an hour and a half. They should have a staff designated only to vaccinate. We cat owners can’t have our cats waiting for that long inside their carrier; unlike dogs, we can’t take our cats out to do their business, plus the cat gets very stressed inside that bag. My cat took several ours after the visit to feel safe again and stop hiding. Sometimes is better to pay more because time is money after all.

Look up schedule on website. Vaccinations are NOT at your location daily. There is a line, so expect to be there for at least 90 minutes. The techs are great. The vaccines and flea/heart worm meds are FAR cheaper here than at your vet. Prices shown in photo might change, but it gives you some idea how much you will save. The part you can see is for 1 pet. The other side that is cut off is for 2.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and organized. They are punctual. They offer a low or affordable cost service for your pets, compared to other veterinarians; and the service is very good. In addition, they guide you about the service they are providing to your pet, and/or what your pet needs.
