I have been very disappointed with the service at Dr. Mikes affordable vet care. Over the past three months. On multiple occasions, I have called to schedule an appointment for my cat, only to have the front desk cancel just two hours before the scheduled time. Each time, a different excuse was provided: the AC was down, the doctor had COVID, the doctor had bronchitis, etc. It seems like this vet picks and chooses their patients and doesn’t truly care about your pet. Despite initially seeming nice and helpful, the person who cancels the appointments ultimately doesn’t care either. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experiences.

Not sure how this guy stays in business. For the past 2 years he has cancelled over 8 appointments with us for our dogs. Always a new excuse. While we feel he is a great Vet . . . we will never make another appointment with him. Simply not worth the hassle.

Dr. Mike is great with our dogs and this clinic has affordable pricing, but the last few appointments, he has cancelled because he is out ill. I understand being ill, but I really think Dr. Mike needs to get another Vet to come in and back him up when he is out ill. I'm hoping the owner can see this post and will do something about all the cancellations that have occurred recently. Please get someone else in here to help when Dr. Mike is out!

Dr. Frizzell is great and so is his staff. We've been going there for almost 8 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. We are so thankful he's been there to guide us through some of the toughest decisions. This isn't your big box vet. This is your place if you're looking for someone who knows you and your pets, has reasonable rates and will take your call when you need it the most.

Took our 7 month old kitty Sneezy to the doctor for a UTI. Was impressed by the kind and professional staff. We liked Dr. Mike right away very kind and caring with great personality. Very happy with the treatment we got. Highly recommend this place. Also very reasonable price. Kitty was back home and relaxing after first dose of meds.
