We've been going to this place 8 years. The staff and the doctor are the best you can find. I would not take my animals anywhere else. These people are amazing. You can't go wrong taking your pet Here. They treat our little chihuahua as if he was their own. I can't Thank them enough for everything. They have done for us. Again this place rocks.

Don’t go there to put a pet down. Make you feel rushed. Didn’t do everything in the room. Didn’t do paw prints or nose print like they promised. Not worth all the money. Find a better vet with more compassion.

My wife and I have been taking our pets to see Dr. Lueck for well over 20 years. But because of the most recent experience I will NEVER be going back there again. I took my cat Kiara for her cold. After a brief examination the nice young lady at the counter wanted to go over the cost. And it was over $ 900 for a cold. I asked if I could see Dr. Lueck. He NEVER came up to talk to me. I just wanted to know what are all those items are. I could see Dr. Lueck sitting at the computer behind the door but he wouldn't get up to talk to me directly. After going back and forth between me , the counter assistance and Dr. Lueck and I the new charge was around $ 600. I told her how disappointed I am that after all these years I have been going to the clinic and Dr. Lueck would not take a minute talk to the pet owner. Is all about $$$$$'s instead of Customer Service. We will never ever recommend the clinic to any one. After 20 years and Dr. Lueck could not even come up to speak to me a pet owner. Thank you Dr. Lueck for ignoring my request to talk to your pet owner. When I got home I told my wife about my experience and she was NOT very happy. And I told her I will never go back there again. Extremely Disappointed..

I have such mixed feelings about this place. The employees are nice, the Dr is nice too. But I felt like I was at a dealership. It feels more like they want to make a sale more than anything. And being told/asked the same questions 3x by 3 different people. It also seems like their ways are a bit outdated, stitches have come a long way but they keep to the old ones. You can’t go back with your pet, and you have to wear a mask. Unfortunately I won’t be back to this place. Loved the other companion pet clinic off Murray but they’re no longer there. Again, nice staff but that’s about it.

They are the most caring people I've met in the veterinarian community.. They're honest, attentive, upfront, and understanding of your needs for your pets. When they say they're going to call they call. I've brought my pets to other vets and never got the care they needed until here. I will continue to come here with my fur babies. Thank you Companion Pet Clinic your the best in my book.
