Everyone here is really helpful and friendly, I felt comfortable every time I brought my cat to this hospital. They are quite efficient. I also love getting prescription food from them because of good pricing and they also selling individual can for my cat to try it out as she’s a picky eater.

I’m extremely unhappy with how my cat was handled during his euthanasia. It was difficult to watch them handle him so roughly when he was so sick and frail. Yanking on his bad leg where he had painful knee problems. One gal stayed in the room after a medication was given to put him to sleep, but she would not back up or take her hands off of him so my two daughters and I could properly say goodbye ourselves before they stopped his heart. We also felt that after he had passed we were being rushed out and they looked very unhappy with me wanting to take my own paw prints. They said they will do it themselves even though I clearly stated I wanted them done really well and the reason being is that they are being tattooed onto me. This was devastating for us and left a very sour taste. It did not appear they were very compassionate towards the situation and it was very “business only”. They hurt him even worse in his last moments. I will not be using their services any longer after I pick up his ashes.

Just want to give a huge thank you to Aloha Dog & Cat Hospital! We recently moved to the area and have been in need of care for my blue heeler. Dr. Hershey and the staff were kind, professional, and provided a safe & compassionate exam for my dog. After a few questionable experiences at other vets, I left my appointment at ADCH with a sense of gratitude and relief. Dr. Hershey listened to all of our concerns and provided non-judgmental & helpful solutions. And above all else I know my dog felt comfortable and safe in their care. These folks are top notch!

have been taking our dogs here for almost 10 years and am confident in the following review: I trust Aloha Dog and Cat with my pet's life. they have shown a genuine interest over time in both our miniature dachshund and our newer chihuahua. the front desk staff is so patient when working with the humans and so loving when working with the pets. the vet techs have each formed a relationship with my dogs and I truly feel that they are looking for us. the vets are very communicative and honest with their information.

Aloha dog and cat hospital was great until my dog got old., and was in heart failure . . Aloha dog and cat hospital couldn't get an appointment for 2 or 3 weeks., even though I told them she was in serious condition. I finally found another vet who examined my wonderful Zoey and was told she was in heart failure. She died about 4 days after that . I am an extreme dog lover and her death crushed me.
