I had a wonderful experience at Banfield pet hospital ! The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. Casey took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my pet was comfortable and well cared for. You can really tell she loves what she does. From the moment we walked in, I felt confident my pet was in great hands. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. Whether it’s a routine checkup or something more serious, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet’s health. Highly recommend this place to any pet owner looking for professional and caring veterinary services!

I had a great experience at Banfield (Norman)! The girls that helped us were so amazing! When I called, Ashley was so patient to listen to me and get me in quick after having such a stressful week with late night emergency vet visits. At the appointment Dr. Cunningham and Delaney were so reassuring and helpful and also listened to the details of what was happening. I really appreciate the three of them.. I took my dog in to have his ears rechecked, as he was recovering from a bad ear infection. Delaney was our nurse when we were placed in the exam room. Delaney has been at this location for a while. My husband and I enjoy speaking with her. She is very knowledgeable. She explains everything the doctor is doing or going to do. After the exam she explains medications and billing. She’s very good. Dr. Collin’s is amazing.She explains what she is doing, and what she’s found in detail. The doctor listens to all of our concerns about our older dog. She’s offers suggestions that are very helpful concerning food and all his other health issues.The doctor shows a lot of warmth and really cares for her patients. I will always ask for her. Last but not least, friendly Ashley who is at the front desk, is efficient at what she does. She is very quick at getting patients checked in and settled. There are others we have encountered while taking our dog in for exams and immunizations, The whole staff has always been friendly, caring and helpful. We have been with Banfield in Norman, Oklahoma and California for over 13 years. I have nothing but good, to say about Banfield.
