I love that I'm able to be with Bo during all of his care. He's very anxious scared when I'm not with him, which is why I switched to West Chester Veterinary Care. His previous vet always took him to the back, and it never went well. I explained this to WCVC when I wanted to switch, and they said it was no problem for me to stay. Every time we've had to do something- blood work, vaccines, even wound cleaning- I've been able to stay with him and keep him calm. I love the compassion they show my pup.

Dr Johnson and her staff were amazing! They informed us of everything they were going to do and asked permission before completing. I feel that they were very kind and respectful to our puppy and used firmness, without any violence, to get responses out of him. I felt in no way that they were going to cause harm to our pet and can tell we’re going to love bringing our fur family here!

Great team, amazing care for my pets. Dr. Johnson is great with cats!! I trust her opinion 1000% My cats are "stong willed and opionated" and she handled them beautifully. Love that they are cat friendly.

The doctors and the staff at West Chester Veterinary Care are the best that we have found in Cincinnati. When your pet needs first rate care there is only one place to go.

Vet and staff awesome, very clean, worked out a payment plan, as my cat was in urgent need of care, payed it off in one week. Very reasonable office visit, and prices. CARING staff. Just plain awesome visit.
