I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was attentive, helpful, and stepped in right away when they saw me struggling with my dog on the scale. They actually listened to my concerns about his monthly medication and offered a great alternative that my dog loves, unlike my previous clinic which was dismissive. The level of care and communication was a huge difference. I highly recommend them.

The staff is friendly and listen to you. They are new and trying to acclimate themselves with the knew schedule they are working with, but they are doing a great job working with each other and their new clients.

I just recently went here at the Reynoldsburg location . The whole experience was great . From the receptionist desk to check out . Everyone was friendly . The place is nice and clean . The vet was very thorough and gave my dog a good exam. The best part is it was finally affordable to take my dog to the vet with out leaving paying 200 or more . I also was able to get in the same day I called which is rare . I will recommend them to friends and family !
