Was told my dog was just overweight and that was her main issue and lectured me about a diet. I took her to a different vet for her issues and it turns out she has a double ear infection, skin infection from the flaky skin that wasn’t addressed and severe allergies! Guess it wasn’t just me being a bad owner and letting her gain weight.

The staff at Northtowne Animal Clinic are the best of the best. I have been taking my animals there for more than 15 years and they are our Heros! I know I can count on them for top of the line care, compassion, and kindness for me and my babies. Dr. Herrick is a brilliant vet and his skills have always impressed me. He has done far more for us than I ever expected. Heather (my personal favorite tech) treats each animal she cares for like her own and I have always appreciated her attention to detail. Angela, the receptionist, is always so accommodating, honest, and caring even in my worst moments. Every person that has worked there is exceptional. Dr. Herrick has built an amazing practice full of true professional caregivers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I hope they never leave!

Dr Herrick and team are the best. I have only had good experiences with them. I know they really care about my fur babies and have helped them through some really rough times. I trust them completely. I recently moved out of town and will still drive about an hour so he can treat my babies. I can’t recommend them enough. They all have so much empathy and care for all the animals in their care. They are amazing.

Dr.Herrick and staff : especially Angela and Heather - are amazing !! I have VERY difficult, aggressive pit bull rescues and I’m SUPER picky how they are handled - We have since moved from Newark but I drive my animals there for ALL appointments and even nail trims ! Amazing staff - that’s what makes a Vet’s office successful! I highly recommend / and recommend to everyone I know - this is a quality place with great customer service. You will NOT be disappointed!!
