We take several of our pets to Bayview. Love how compassionate they are. Dr Jones is our favorite vet. She is incredibly through with our animals.

I can NOT recommend this animal hospital. i had an appointment with DR Ye. she NEVER touched my dog during the initial exam. she looked at her eyes but never touched her. my dog was experiencing problems walking and falling down. i submitted videos of her walking and the front desk manager said she would show the video's to dr YE . she did NOT do that Dr Ye never called . no one called . I had to follow up . my dog had 5 horrible seizures (like from the movie the Exorcist seizures). I was extremely lucky to find Veterinary Specialists and emergency services they were amazing. DO NOT USE THIS VET THEY DID NOT RESPOND AND BECAUSE OF THEIR FAILURE TO DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.. they almost KILLED my dog. I can never trust that they will do what the say they will do. They do NOT follow up and because of their negligence the emergency vet bill was almost $4,000.00 do NOT bring your pet there if you love them the front desk manager was incredibly rude and dismissive of me when i went there to tell them what there lack of care had done to my dog.. they are NOT to be trusted. do not even consider using this people... horrible just horrible, horrifying experience

The friendliness of their front desk and the technology they use, (Lab and texting). Has really allowed me to keep up better with Pepper’s health care. I had been with Lyons Vet Care for 30 years and 4 dogs. I was really nervous about switching. We love our new doctors and staff support personnel. Highly recommended Bayview Animal Hospital

Very caring and do their utmost to get Benny seen asap! Love all the people who work here ... thank you! The Doctor called 3 different phone numbers trying to get in touch with me ti give me an update on Benny my Yorkie who was staying there so they could fit him in....I call that above and beyond! So appreciate Bayview and front staff is always friendly and helpful!, even before we started going there!

Very happy with the team at Bayview and services provided. Scheduling was easy, communication was simple and direct and the first visit went great, I look forward to taking my cat back here.
