At first I was skeptical about using such a commercialized vet for our dogs. I thought we would lose that feeling of comfort you typically get at private veterinary practices and I thought the customer service would be subpar. I could not have been more wrong. Banfield's entire staff at the Webster location does everything they can to make you and your pet comfortable, they are transparent with costs, and they are always willing to chat about concerns. Some reviews say that last minute appts are impossible, but I have been able to call them and get same-day appts for urgent issues on multiple occasions. I am so glad I set aside my initial concerns and gave them a shot. I would recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care for their fur babies.

I’ve been using Banfield for 10 years now and love them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They love on my dogs like crazy! I really like the plans they offer so I can pay monthly versus a big bill every 6 months and the plans include extras that wouldn’t be normally be included in an office visit outside the scope of the standard 6 month health checks. Dr. Kori is the BEST at the Webster location!
