We can't thank AIC enough for their wonderful care, amazing staff, and friendly environment! We made an appointment ahead of time for an issue that was relatively minor but couldn't wait for our normal vet's availability. Due to the nature of being an urgent care, there was an understandable wait when we arrived but we didn't have to stay glued in the waiting room which was super convenient. We took a walk and grabbed some dinner and then we were called in exactly at the estimated time we were given at check-in. Dr. Lamb and her entire staff were so friendly, caring, and efficient. She was able to quickly diagnose our pup's issue and took the time to understand his existing medications and health issues to ensure she prescribed a compatible treatment. It's only been 24 hr and he is already feeling 10x better! Thank you AIC, you are such an invaluable asset to our pet community!

Wonderful facility! My Winston is a huge scardy cat when it comes to everything. When we brought him in to get evaluated everyone was so sweet, patient and gentle with him. This put both mine, and kitty's mind, at ease. Any questions or concerns my partner and I had were addressed quickly and we felt confident in the care that was being provided to him. I appreciated how thorough they were. If anything were to happen in the future I would for sure bring him back here for treatment. Thank you all for the wonderful care you provide!!

Hands down the best urgent care for your pet!! My deepest appreciation to all the staff that helped us let our best friend Oliver go yesterday. I can not say enough good words to the smoothest transition over the rainbow bridge. They gave us all the time we needed with utmost softest compassion. We are for ever grateful. Mulberry Evening

This place is EVERYTHING I've ever wanted in an emergency veterinarian! AIC has friendly employees that genuinely care about the animals. Their base fee for an exam is $130 which is the cheapest in Rochester but the facility is absolutely stunning, comfortable, and stocked with snacks & water to keep you going while your fluffy friend gets the help they need. Today was terrifying until we arrived here! They are all very knowledgeable and skilled so I knew my Binx would get the best care available in Rochester ❤️ Thank you, AIC, for providing high quality and affordable emergency care!
