The staff was very nice, but they were 1.5 hrs late arriving to the location with no text or email to alert us. Tractor Supply staff didn’t notify us until 4:30. So the clinic that was to start at 4-5:30, (for which we arrived at 3:45 for) didn’t start until almost 6pm. We didn’t leave until 7:30 and the store had closed at 7. They were shutting the inside store lights off on us 🫤. It might have been nice to offer a discount considering the long wait, which is not easy with a dog. They lost many customers that afternoon. I know, because we were waiting beside many of them outside the store. Please, next time, if a blast text could be sent to all whom had registered so we’re not walking around aimlessly and bothering Tractor Supply staff for details
