The kindness everyone has shown Batman, and me too, during this difficult and scary time has helped make it a little less scary and I am hopeful about a plan to help my beautiful senior boy feel better. We have more memories to make together!

Great place. First time going there was the day of my review im leaving. They had a cancelation that worked in my favor of having to seek a new veterinarian in short notice due to my dogs previous vet that always was unfair in price and he they handled things and treated me animal at times. Vet in reference is in Poughkeepsie near vassar. Do not go through come to earth angels. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Treated my zoey with care and didn't have a worry in the world about her. They went above and beyond and i feel that always will happen. Highly recommend. Very well kept facility! Soon will be bringing my other girl Roxy there.

After going to three different vets, I finally found one I feel I can trust. They were amazing. I wrote down the time of my appointment incorrectly and showed up 30 mins late. They were very accommodating, and for that I thank them because they could have made me reschedule. After seeing the vet, and talking to her about my concerns i knew that this is where I want to continue coming. I came in thinking I’d spend the money to just do an exam but upon further review we decided to do blood work which I was 100% okay with spending the extra money. I am so happy I found a vet that is knowledgeable and caring. I’m so used to vets just bringing the dogs in for 5 minutes, and clearing them out that I was truly shocked at how long I actually talked to Dr. Barrientos. If you’re in the 845 area I 100% recommend Earth Angels.

We've only been there once. We were squeezed in so we waited a long time, but we waited in an exam room. Everyone was super nice. They gave us a towel which made Rocky so happy. He slept most of the wait, and when it was Rocky's turn to be seen, they took their time and answered all my questions. I feel like he's in good hands there and they aren't quick to suggest poisons that most conventional vets recommend.

I am so bummed to not have liked this place in the end. Im not sure what the issue is but the turn around time for call backs is poor. I get my dog was dealing with a skin issue and allergy problems and that the front staff doesn’t consider an emergency, but anything that my dog is dealing with is an issue and of importance to me. I had to call multiple times just to be told that an allergy test that cost me $500.00 plus only came out with an allergy to peanuts, when my little dude has been dealing with very clear and observable food and environmental allergies. If it’s a hit and a miss type of test I would rather pay less or just not have that recommended at all. Then when I am finally given some type of recommendation it’s to go see a vet dermatologist. No thanks, I am just taking my dog somewhere where all, if not at the very least most of his main health concerns can be dealt with. I am no longer a client here sadly. I truly did want to like it here but I couldn’t.
