Dr. Licata is who every veterinarian should aspire to be. She has been our pets veterinarian for the past 12 years and the level of trust that we have with her can not easily be put into words. She gave my bulldog a life he wouldn’t have been able to live, through acupuncture and other treatments I was able to give my boy the best 12 years of his life. A life I am sure he would not have been able to live if it wasn’t for her care and devotion. She treats each animal as if it is her own and the love she gives them is genuine. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for her patients and their owners and for that she has been and will be the only Vet for our furry four legged family members!

Let me tell you. The team here is amazing. My dog is a nervous but friendly girl and when she comes here she’s wagging her tail. They are able to do everything I have needed for her and always address my concerns. They are also very reasonable in price. I appreciate you all and so does my girl Libbie!

Absolutely the best office and staff ever. My pug had to go in for emergency surgery and they were so kind and kept me updated all day and the staff loved on her. Dr Licata knew exactly what was wrong with her from all her symptoms and performed the surgery an hour later. Here she is at home snuggled on the couch

Meet Pepper MD, he’s our 7yr old Puggle whom we rescued 6 yrs ago, he became paralyzed with a spinal injury 4 yrs ago and recently got an infection in one of his paralyzed legs, after several calls to local vets and being turned down for immediate care this office and its AMAZING STAFF welcomed him even with a full schedule, He needed amputation and they went above and beyond to get him cared for treated they kept us his mom n dad updated on every moment of his care plan they took the time to explain and even went the extra mile to do laser treatments to ensure he endured no pain. I truly believe Dr. Licata and her staff are all angels and the real deal when it comes to caring for your fur babies. I WILL be bringing ALL of mine here from now on and so grateful to have found them. There’s not one thing about this office thats not 110% above the rest. I’ve been working amongst rescues, shelters, fosters and even APCA and can’t ever recall a Veterinarian so caring and professional, reasonable and helpful there’s not enough stars in the sky to give to Lakeside Veterinary Dr Licata, and all her staff! 🐾🐾❤️🐾🐾❤️🐾🐾❤️

This is the absolute best vet practice in Rochester! Dr. Licata is the most kind and compassionate vet that I have ever taken my fur babies to. She has always gone above and beyond to take the best care of them as possible. She gave my soul cat months more to live than a radiologist said he would due to her diligent hard work! I have never had a negative experience here. All of the staff are extremely kind, caring, and professional. If you want to go to a practice that does everything in their power to help you and you pets I couldn’t recommend Lakeside high enough!
