The vet was the best! She asked me some things about Mini regarding her comfortablity levels around people she doesn't know! She gave me great instruction how to hold my pup the safest way! And got the job done quick! Would definitely recommend!!

The staff where amazing but the way things are being handled are not professional. The vet techs are telling people to sign in take their dogs to the car and wait in their vehicles. The people are not doing that the store is getting overwhelmed with dogs a lot of barking going on a lot of people being disrespectful to the staff. Like I said the staff is amazing but the way it's being handled throughout the store with all the dogs all the commotion and all the rudeness wish there was another way for it to be handled but overall I love that they got me the medication I needed in my poop sample done

I thought the wait wasn't very long and the vet staff was amazing! All 4 of them! We were at the tractor supply in horeeheads NY and the sign said scan the qr code and get in line. A line formed outside the store on the sidewalk and we're spaced apart so dogs were separate. The same the line was inside the store. Out front we were told by someone from the store I believe to not be on the sidewalk and was rude about it. One even said to her that the sign says scan and get in line. Were all well aware of keeping dogs apart just in case. She explained the dog that killed another dog inside a store in vestal N.Y she was rude. As for the vet staff they were exceptional and tractor supply as a host could be more helpful and be more respectful.

They were the BEST! I’m so happy I found them. They thoroughly explain everything. Their prices are VERY VERY affordable. They are amazing with animals . They are an awesome team. They make sure you understand everything that you are signing and what the process is for your animal. My puppy loved them! They are so GENTLE with the animals. They are fast and very efficient! I truly suggest this place to anyone that can not afford a vet bill that’s 2-300$+. They are cheaper and they just are all around a GREAT clinic! 10:10 would DEFINITELY recommend to everyone!

The staff at PetVet were gentle, professional and friendly. They did a great job handling my mastiff Rosie! Definitely will go back to have my other dogs seen by them for their care.
