Very pleased with the reception and service for my geriatric cat. I contacted Sherry from the East Coast before I relocated to NM. She was very friendly and helpful. The vet tech got us into a room quickly and the vet was efficient. The price was a nice surprise! Hundreds less than what i was paying in Northern Virginia.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I was able to get a last minute appointment for my dogs ear infection, and was blown away by how amazing the staff at Mesa Grande was. Everyone, and I mean every single person I talked to, was so compassionate and really took such amazing care of our dog. The Doctor did a very thorough exam and gave me insight on what may have caused her ear infection. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. My dog is really nervous so the nurse held her on the table in a big hug, reassuring and petting her for about 15 minutes straight. It really warmed my heart to see that much compassion. Something we were not experiencing with our prior vet. After the doctor left the vet tech came in and administered the medication, he was also so so sweet and very gentle with our dog. So glad we finally found a vet we love, we will be back!

It was our first visit. New kittens and they don't have their first appointment for a couple weeks but one got sick before that. They were able to get us in to evaluate and treat our kitten. Short wait and kind staff.

Awesome staff to take care of your pets!! The Vet himself is great as well as the Vet techs! You can tell they all love animals and take their time to answer questions and concerns! I live so close so I am so happy to have a Vet down the road that I can trust to care for my 3 dogs and cat!

I called freaking out because my dog had 2 seizures in 2 days, which he's never had before. They were able to get me in asap for him to be seen. Even though we hadn't been there in a while, they treated us like family. They truly care about animals and their humans. They were able to put my mind at ease with one test and didn't try to sell me anything, but what he needed. They were quick, friendly and informative! I would recommend to everyone.
