The team was fantastic! The techs listened and our doctor didn't push us to perform unnecessary testing. I felt heard from the entire staff. Although I did have to put my cat to rest, I felt comfortable in my decision after the care we received. The entire team that was there helping us during this difficult time deserves recognition.Communication, and listening skills were impeccable. I would say the waiting room while sparking clean and beautiful could use some sound buffer. It was a little too quiet.

This is the closest emergency vet care to Long Beach Island. We showed up at 4am the morning of Thanksgiving with a sick puppy, and when I called ahead beforehand, Erin at the front desk was clear, friendly and knowledgeable. She’s great in an emergency. We were seen immediately, and had a great experience with Dr Volpy (hope I’m spelling that right.) The team even lent me some basic cleaning supplies so I could get various dog fluids out of my car for the drive home (I’ll spare you the details.) Great team, fairly priced!

I needed a vet immediately and all other vet clinics were closed at 10:30 at night. My 13 1/2 year old Pomeranian was having seizures due to congestive heart failure she’s had for 4 years. Vet and technicians were very understanding and caring helping her cross over. Thank you GSVS Veterinary Emergency Care.

My little dog has ingested two cheese burgers that were left in a shopping bag on the floor. She became lethargic and listless towards the middle of the night. I’ve called one of the emergency vet numbers I had in my possession. They gave me the number to Garden State Emergency Veterinary Hospital on Hooper Avenue. When we got there, they took care of my dog immediately. Thank God, she was alright. The name of the vet nurse was Emily. I’d like to thank her for her quick response to our concerns.
