Dr. Monaco and his team are the absolute best in the field of animal care. In fact, they should run an academy/veterinary university for other vets to learn a fraction of their expertise. Four years ago he did an emergency surgery on my dog after he was hit by a car and miraculously saved his life and leg where other surgeons would have just cut it off. Being active duty Army, i had since moved away to several duty stations overseas, and returned stateside to Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. Coco was misdiagnosed there by several vets and we were panicking that he may have cancer. One email to Dr. Monaco and we were able to breathe again. We were super thrilled to learn he finally had his own clinic. He put us on his schedule, we flew down, and with one look, he was able to come up with a less invasive treatment plan for coco. Within days our baby was feeling and looking much, much better. We will always go to the experts, Dr Monaco and his team. They are truly a god send. Five stars isn’t enough to rate them. Thanks again!

I cannot be more grateful for the level of care to not only my dear Sandy Bear, but to our whole family as we dealt with a difficult medical issue. Dr. Monaco and his entire staff made our dog feel incredibly comfortable and spoke to us with great care. It was our first visit and we felt like family. So grateful for the referral and would HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful center, sparkling clean, state of the art equipment, with compassionate client-centered care! Dr. Monaco saw my little Mocha on such short notice and provided an excellent care plan for her. I feel relieved, less anxious and encouraged that she will make a full recovery after her fall. Dr. Monaco and his team are awesome!

We were referred to Dr. Monaco by our vet after our 8 year old dog sustained injuries to both her back legs. Prior to our consultation with Dr. Monaco, our worry and concern were overwhelming. However, from the very moment we stepped into the Vantage office, our anxieties were calmed by the professionalism, expertise, and warmth exhibited by the entire team. We knew instantly that she was in the best hands possible. Dr. Monaco's expertise and attentiveness throughout surgery and recovery has been truly remarkable. His thorough explanations and compassionate approach helped us navigate this challenging time with greater understanding and confidence. Our dog underwent bilateral TPLO surgery and within days, she was walking again with no assistance needed. We cannot thank Dr. Monaco and the Vantage team enough!!

I can't say enough about the entire staff at Vantage!! My golden retriever (Comet) tore his ACL. When I made the original consultation late on a Friday afternoon, the earliest appt available was not until almost a month later. I left a voice mail on Saturday asking to be put on a cancellation list. I received a phone call the next day (SUNDAY) to get Comet in the following week! Everything was explained to me very clearly and I had no worry that Comet would not be taken care of. I'm happy to say his surgery went very well! My sincerest thanks to all of the staff at Vantage for taking such great care of our puppy!
