Unfortunately had to have my dog put to sleep. Despite telling us how "sorry" they were, the vet tech still felt it necessary to hand us the credit card terminal over my dying dog's body to ask for payment.

The doctors and staff are very professional and caring people. They always take very good care of my dog and treat him as if he belonged to one of them. They answer all of your questions and never rush you. I am very happy with the service and care my dog has been and will continue to get from Ramsey Vet Hospital. Kudos to the care given during the Covid - 19 pandemic. They were careful, clean and helpful and stayed in touch every few minutes while I waited in my car. Thank you!!

Been going here for the past 2 years, and finally realized they are money grubbing scam artists. Tried getting a prescription for my dogs ears, they denied it and told me to come it to get my dogs ears checked (for the FITH time!). Switching Vets because I can't afford to spend $300 for every visit to get my dogs ears checked, when they can just write a prescription for the drug so I can do it by myself. Ohhhh, I checked the price of the drug from a previous visit and they charged me $95.... When I can buy the exact drug for $25 online. They are profiting over 200%, absolute SCAMMMMMM
