My cat had a tumour removed and they did a great job with it. She needed her teeth pulled, but it wasn’t safe for her to stay under anesthesia for long so they decided not to go further. I’m happy they looked out for my babygirl! The surgery was the average price. A+ Later I brought my cat in to have her ears looked at because she was pawing at them. They went ahead and looked at them. The tech seemed annoyed. Turned out she just needed them cleaned. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t mention exactly what they were going to do so I could ask for a price. Lastly, after the tumour was removed it turned out she had cancer and the vet gave her 6 months - 1 year to live. When she got her ears cleaned the doctor just said “bring her in next year.” I understand it’s difficult to know how long a cat can survive from cancer but it seemed like the vet didn’t read her chart before hand. Price wise her annual exam estimate was $112 which is high. I thought the female doctor was great, but not the male or a particular tech. They do check up on your pet a day later. Also, they are great online communication.

I was very happy with my surgery consult with Dr. Kelly! He took the time to Diagnose and talk about options and was patient with all my questions! I continue to have questions and he emails me back promptly!

My dog went to Dr. Kelly for a front leg amputation due to osteosarcoma. Dr. Kelly was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable prior to surgery. Caden had some pain issues afterwards but Dr. Kelly was on the ball and helped us get it under control. The vet techs are amazing and made me feel so comfortable when they removed the stitches and seemed to truly care about Caden. I also forgot my medication for him once and one of the vet techs brought it out to my home after I wasn’t gonna be able to make it in before they closed and Caden needed it that night which she didn’t have to do but was so appreciated. They are reasonably priced and honestly could charge more for how good their work is like some of the referral centers were trying to charge double for the exact work that Dr. Kelly did. Thanks again to all the staff at Stone Cliff!l

I've been to quite a few vets over the years and Stonecliff has been my favorite by far! Our kitten had a terrible accident over a month ago and the entire staff has been supportive, comforting and informative through the entire process from the initial exam through the surgery and even now into the recovery process. They also have a very convenient phone app that you can use to message them, track appointments, request medication refills, etc. The clinic is very clean and organized and they even have a designated cat waiting area. Overall, would highly recommend!

Not a good impression with our first visit. Comprehensive exam for $95. Meds x 2 were over $100. Addendum: changed review to 4 stars, despite the first impression, our cat's condition has actually improved, this is the 3rd vet we've gone through.
