We had a great experience, our elderly puppy needed some attention while we were visiting VT. The staff was amazing! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The office called to follow up a few days later and quickly answered any questions we had. They call back very quickly if you leave a call back number too. Strongly recommend them.

SAVES was there when my dog was not well and had been vomiting for hours. Though there were more critical patients ahead of us, they were very kind and attentive and got us in as soon as they can. Following emergency surgery, I received a call after midnight when surgery was complete to update us on his status. I was able to text or call for updates. I’m happy to say our boy is back home and recovering. I even had a question after discharge that they were more than happy to help me with to calm my fears. They took the best care of him and updated me along the way. Though I hope to never have to return, it’s nice to know I have access to a hospital when an emergency arises and regular veterinary clinic is closed.

Thank you so much for the compassionate and expert care that you provided to our lab, Cooper, on Saturday morning. We were so concerned when he awoke suddenly in such pain and distress. We were relieved to learn that it was swimmers tails. He has responded well to his treatment and we are happy to report he is back to his happy, rascal self. We are truly grateful for the care he received and while his condition fortunately did not end up being life threatening, we are reassured that the community has such a wonderful resource and team at SAVES. We brought our dog snickers in on a Sunday morning after a porcupine incident. From the phone call to the time we left they were spot on. Professional,courteous, understanding of our cocern. Our veterinary technician Lindsey is the best of the best and only wish she could handle all of our future needs forever. This was our 1st time here.

Took my fearful dog to Saves today with an abscess on her neck. Staff was absolutely amazing. Kind, caring, understanding and so supportive. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and highly recommend!
