Been going to Banfield for years. Love them! I think their prices are a little higher than other places but I have zero complaints about the care we receive there. The vets and techs and staff are all amazing and really care about the animals they treat.

The staff at the Pet Smart in Jacksonville NC are wonderful. I am a nervous new cat rescuer. We rescued 3 senior cats. The staff patiently answers my questions and makes me feel welcome to come in whenever I need to.

Dr. Smith is the absolute bead. We exhausted all measures for my dogs surgery and she took on that task and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommended.
