Not gonna lie, there was a little bit of a waiting period before we were seen. We did show up as a walk-in on a Saturday though. However, once we got inside its was amazing. They had us ready to go in maybe 15 - 20 minutes tops. And the vet was super friendly with our kitten and super sweet to her as well. Plus the pricing was way cheaper than I expected, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

First of all… get over the extended wait and unavailability of appointments. Why do you have to wait for an hour? Maybe 2? Could it be that this business is such a quality, caring facility for our beloved pets that we’re willing to wait? Could it be the doctors are nurturing, knowledgeable and take all the time needed, not just for the care of your pet, but making sure their humans are confident in the diagnosis and care plan? Find a new vet? No thanks, I’ll wait. Dr Lewis has the best “pet-side manner.” Her gentle examination- not one flinch, not one yelp! The skilled tech staff, wow. You can wait in the parking lot (leave your cell #) or hang out in the newly designed check-in & waiting room. I opted to wait in my car… and while I promise my cell didn’t ring, it didn’t matter, Michael found me by going car to car! Way above the expected! The reception area is now efficient and the kind staff helpful (even though they’ve likely answered the same question 20 times) my questions were answered as though it was their first time hearing! We’ve been bringing our beloved pets here since 1994… I love this place more and more every time we come.
