Went in to get prescriptions made so could fill. Skipped twice! Called other people up in front of me like I was invisible. On top of that those people could see me standing there and went in front of me without a backward glance. I’d like to see how they would have reacted if that had happened to them. Just left without a word and will come back and hope someone else is there. Banfield use to be so caring.

My senior dog Bentley and I are super fans. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff with exceptional listening skills. So happy that we made the trip up from Northwest Arkansas. I wish that there was a closer Banfield, but I’ll happily drive 45 minutes for the care and concern we experienced. High fives for everyone from Bentley.

Love these guys takes time to talk my dog even loves them she doesn’t just go to anyone but she runs to their arms like she does me butterscotch got an allergy shot today after the vet talked about the benefits of this medication he talked about price. They always are happy to see us and we are happy to see them after three years.

This place has gone way down hill over the last year or two. They can't seem to keep vets hired so they aren't hardly open. Lord forbid you have an emergency. After using them for over 10 years I am no longer.
