Anna and Dr. Cahill were phenomenal with our very scared german shepherd, Jade. They never once winced at her fearful growling and kept telling her what a good girl she was with TONS of peanut butter and treats. Jade LOVES going to see Anna and the office staff. Probably the most confident, patient and understanding office in Joplin.

Just got home from our first visit and I must say, I couldn't be happier with our new vet clinic! And my little Chion dog calmed down and stopped shaking after just a few minutes... That's never happened in our previous vet clinics. She even wanted to jump off my lap and sniff/explore the exam room. That's a good sign. Dr Cahill and team were wonderful. I felt confident in their care, advice, and examination. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. And the thing that clinched it, they never took my dog out of my sight. That's really important to me. I'm a hands-on dog Dad. I want to know everything that happens to my dog. We'll def be back!

Staff is very friendly. They always try their best to get your in and out without spending all day there. Great service and they take good care of my dog without trying to upsell me on things I don’t really need. Very informative about future issues with my dogs breed. Very happy with this buisness
