I absolutely love this hospital. Very caring and kind. Had my Chihuaha neutered yesterday. I was crying my eyes out when I left him. Just 4 hours later they called to let me know what a good job he did. Thank You!

I recently switched to Banfield pet Hospital after my long time vet retired. I was nervous about finding a new vet, and one of my friends recommended Banfield. I also needed to find an affordable plan to get both of my dogs teeth cleaned! Banfield has a payment option that allows for cleaning when you need it, and you can decrease the monthly payment on the years that you don’t need it. Right after signing up , one of my dogs ended up having an anal gland rupture, which is a serious problem! They got us in right away and the vets were amazing! I am so glad that I found Banfield. I love Dr. Manley, he is kind patient and obviously loves animals! I will be a Banfield Customer for a long time!

I wanted to take a moment to mention how absolutely wonderful and amazing Sandy is! She is ultra professional, kind, caring, thorough and really listens to you. She truly is the best and goes above and beyond, she provided the utmost care for my cat today and I am so greatful and pleased with our experience here. She also is a great problem solver, today the payment portal for carecredit would not find my account properly! I have seen the lovely, intelligent, kind and super precise Dr. Stack on two occasions now for my two cats, one for a foot infection and the other for wellness check, we are doing further testing to determine diabetes and pancreatitis management. My former vet left her practice and I was devastated, I am happy and relieved to have found Dr. Stack to help with my elderly cats care, especially with her knowledge of new and current treatment and medication options. Thank you!

Kitten died but they still made me pay the remaining ~9 months of the care contract. Giving 2 stars because the service was decent. If they ever refund the money I will update this review.
