We are beyond grateful to have had the beautiful care of Animal Emergency Center at Novi for our precious girl dog, she was in dire need of platelets, blood transfusions, and multiple exams. The level of love and compassionate care here was a complete hug to the heart and any fear for our dog. Even though she has been going through a lot we are eternally grateful! They helped us send all the exams and referral to MSU veterinary hospital which we transferred her care for the type of blood infection she had which they specialize in. Thank you for everything!

I brought My male cat cheez in on a thursday am with complications going potty. They were quickly to get him back and evaluate his condition. After going over EVERYTHING that they need to do, what could happen and everything in between i gave my consent and the emergency staff got to work quickly and smoothly with surgery. Cheez was 95% blocked UTI. I wasn't able to see him before going home for the day, the staff was very understanding and comforting about the whole thing. The next two days I received updates and pictures of how my boy was doing. I was able to come see him on a busy Saturday, the nurse taking care of him let me spend 10-15min with my boy while she explained all his care needs and gave him his treatments. That fallowing night and am I got updated phone calls about Cheez. My fiancé and I were able to pick up our boy a day early because Cheez was determined to pee on his own without the catheter. During checkout and going over his release papers I really felt as though this entire staff and facility doesn't ACT like they care THEY DO! They truly understand and try to be as present in the moment as they can with still being professional and doing their job. I am 100% satisfied with the care Cheez needed and with the communication, help and support from all the staff that i needed during this difficult time. Thank you to all at Novi AEC 🐈💙

Today we visited AEC in Novi for a sweet foster dog of ours that had gotten into a fight with another dog. AEC got us right into a room upon arrival and the vet technician, Angie, was so kind and caring to our sweet pup through the entire process. The doctor was wonderful as well, she came in and went over all of the details on the treatment plan and spent ample time with us. They then got the dog right into surgery and did such a great job cleaning her up. We are so thankful for their professionalism and kindness today when we needed most! Thank you AEC Novi team!

Got us in at 6am. Provided updates almost on the hour and provided great care to our pup. Got us transferred to msu for surgery. Thank you. Ps blue is put back together and home

Just wanted to say this has been the best emergency vet clinic I’ve been to in a very long time. Something happened to our “stray” barncat who we took in as our own and he was in really bad shape but this was the only clinic who would take in an outdoor cat who was considered a stray and everyone was so kind and gentle even though the circumstances led to us deciding to send him over the rainbow bridge. I can’t stress enough how much the energy we received from the staff helped us so much!
