We couldn't be happier with this veterinary clinic. Dr. Shoksnyder is wonderful - friendly, enthusiastic, and caring. She understands that our furry four-leggers are family, and she addresses all of our questions, concerns, and inquiries with both professionalism and understanding; her emotional intelligence is quite well-developed. The staff, too, are all outstanding, helpful and competent. We recently had our Berner Abbie spayed, Dr. Shoksnyder did a great job, and I must say everyone there made the process go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Highly recommended.

Dr. Leslie is an absolute gem. She has been phenomenal with our dog and is not only gentle, kind and compassionate but takes the time to calm the dog down while address all of our concerns. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vet to look no further. We are forever grateful for finding her!

Briarpointe Veterinary is a godsend. If you are looking for a small office where you get to know the drs and staff, they may be for you! We’ve been coming here for over 20-years. The vets, Dr. Parker & Dr. Shocksnyder, are fabulous. They take their time in examining our pets, and in explaining their findings, helping us to better understand our pets’ needs. They have routinely & kindly returned our telephone calls when we have questions. They have supported us through times of worry & concern, helping us get to the specialists we needed, and later helping us to better understand the findings in a more complete context of our pets’ health. On top of great veterinary care and treatment, the staff at Briarpointe is also tops. Whether calling for med refills, to schedule an appt, with questions or concerns, we have only been met with prompt & kind response. The techs are skilled, compassionate and are also fantastic with our pets. The office feels like home, and our dogs enjoy the pets and treats they get while there. Briarpointe will be hard to replace when we move.

We’ve been going to Briarpoint for decades (3 dogs & 2 cats). The doctors as well as the entire staff are always so friendly and sincere. They are straight forward and don’t push for unnecessary services. They are professional and sincere. We feel our furry family members are well taken care of there.
