Jo greeted us and helped our dog feel at ease. She was so friendly and upbeat. Melinda was our tech and was amazing. Giving treats and snacks and making her feel comfortable. Dr Matos was so clear and explained everything to us and what needed to be done . The appt was long but in a good way, we were not left sitting in a room but they were checking her ears, taking a culture, talking with us, making the meds. Even bringing in water for her to drink. It is very expensive but hopefully this is a permanent fix.

It’s hard to put all the words on here, I cannot say enough about Dr. Bloom and Dr. Matos. Our French bulldog needed to have a Myringotomy. I didn’t even know this existed until I watched my baby have right side facial paralysis. Dr. Bloom and Dr. Matos explained everything in great detail, so we knew what to expect for her healing process and they genuinely cared about educating us about everything with her breed and the procedure. Our baby girl has regained full function of her mouth/ears and we are almost fully healed in the eye/nose area. I highly recommend Bloom Animal Hospital and I will be forever grateful for the care they provided. THANK YOU DR. BLOOMS OFFICE!!! 💗💗💗

Very unpleasant experience. They wanted me to commit to a $5000 fee to "begin" determining my pet's allergy. One thing I KNOW we're allergic to is this greed palace.
