We absolutely love this vet. We have seen 4 or 5 vets due to frequent moving and this group is definitely our favorite. All of the doctors were all very kind and knowledgeable. They've treated our dogs for a lot of things (eye dryness, ear infections, allergies, anxiety). They were flexible and always scheduled our 3 dogs all together. They always saw us right on time (no sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes). The front desk answers the phones and emails quickly. The pharmacy always complete our refills the same day that we called them in. The techs were super sweet and seem to really love their jobs. Dr. Pound was AMAZING with preparing all 3 of our dogs to move to Hawaii (an exhausting 6 month process). She knew exactly what we needed to keep the dogs out of quarantine. We will miss this group after our next move and recommended them to all our friends with pets!

My dogs and I have had a great experience with Paradise Animal Hospital. The Vet and the staff are very caring and gentle with my pets. The prices are reasonable, and they communicate well before performing additional tests.

What a great place!! Dr Kats and tech Dagny were absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain what they were doing and were incredible with both of my cats. There are plenty of full service vets near me but I will happily drive 40 minutes to Paradise!! Thank you again!

I absolutely love the interactions I have with staff IN PERSON. But there have been 2 separate instances where the on-phone customer service was lacking. A bit of an attitude when I was asking questions. I’m unsure if I’m each instance if I was speaking to the same person but, either way, the phone calls need to be up to par with their face to face service.

Dr Halpern saw my old girl today, and I can’t stress how much I felt like she really just took her time, sitting on the floor with her, and explaining everything to me in depth. She sounded excited to go over how everything operated in her body, and put me at ease. if you have a choice of doctors, ask for her. You can tell she really really loves what she’s doing.
